DESCRIPTION:

Renewz ™ is a non-acid foaming brightener and cleaner for finned, air-cooled condenser coils. Renewz™ penetrating, surfactant aided, foaming action lifts and pushes contaminants and oxides off the coils, including difficult to remove cooking greases found coating coils in restaurants, and tobacco stains on air filters. Renewz ™ is biodegradable. Can be use for cleaning electronic air filters.

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Foaming action penetrates stubborn grease, tars and dirt, solubilizes and disperses them so they can be rinsed away with water.
  • Concentrated - dilute with water for economical use.
  • Leaves aluminum surfaces not only bright and shiny, but completely clean and insulation free in less than five minutes.
  • Will not harm copper or aluminum
  • Contains corrosion inhibitor

    APPLICATIONS:

    Renewz™ may be safely used on aluminum, copper or stainless steel and will not cause damage if used as directed.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    READ ALL DIRECTION AND WARNINGS ON LABEL BEFORE USING

    CONCENTRATE

    1. Dilute Renewz™ with cold water only (below 100 degree F).

    APPLICATION DILUTE 1 PART RENEWZ™ WITH
    Brightening and removal of heavy dirt and grease

    3 parts water
    Some brightening and removal of light to medium dirt and oxides

    6 parts water
    No brightening and removal of light dirt only

    9 parts water

    2. AVOID BACKSPRAY FROM WIND OR HIGH PRESSURE WASHERS.

    3. Shut off system.

    4. CAUTION: This product may cause severe burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Wear protective eye wear and rubber gloves. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

    5. Spray the diluted Renewz™ on all surfaces, saturating the coils wet. Use a low pressure sprayer that does not contain aluminum.

    6. Allow 5 minutes for full cleaning action but never more than 8 minutes.

    7. Rinse coils and surrounding area very thoroughly with low pressure water.

    8. For cooking grease applications: allow 8 minutes before rinsing. Repeat if necessary.

    PRECAUTIONS:

    CONTAINS: Sodium Hydroxide. PRECAUTIONS: Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes and clothing. Use only where clear water is readily available for flushing skin or eyes. Use protective eye wear and rubber gloves. DO NOT INGEST. FIRST AID: For any overexposure, get immediate medical attention after first aid is given. Eyes and Skin - Flush with large amounts of clean water for at least 15 minutes. Inhalation - Remove to fresh air. Ingestion - Only if conscious, wash mouth out with water, drink large amounts of water followed by a citrus fruit juice. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call a physician immediately. FIRE AND SPILLS: For fire, use water fog, CO2, foam or dry chemicals to extinguish. For spills, shut off ignition sources, ventilate confined areas and wipe up with absorbent materials to prevent footing hazard. STORAGE AND HANDLING: Store in cool place away from all food. Keep container upright and tightly closed when not in use. Do not reuse empty container. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF RECTORSEAL®. The sole remedy for breach of the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and RectorSeal® shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
