Actabs™ with its EPA registered biocide eliminates or prevents most blockages in air conditioning and refrigeration drain lines due to the build up of bacterial slime, rust, scale, sludge, air-borne dust, silt and other solids. Actabs™ unique dispenser when placed in drain pans will prevent water overflow in units for up to 3 months. Helps stop damage to floors, ceilings and equipment. Can be used in computer rooms.

Actabs™ EE is for systems 1 to 5 tons. Actabs™ is a larger version for systems 6 to 15 tons. It is designed for commercial size air conditioning units that are commonly found in motels, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, apartment and office buildings. Actabs™ XX is the largest of the self metering dispensers. It was designed for larger drain pans (16 tons and over) with a greater volume of condensate water flow. Actabs™ JR. tablets are packed in bulk for economic monthly treatments for all systems.
When used according to directions, it will inhibit the growth of the following organisms: thermoactinomyces vulgaris, pseudomonas effusa, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus circulans, bacillus circulans, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus megaterium and aerobacter aerogenes.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Remove inner package containing tablets from outer plastic bag. Place the package, holes down and tablets facing up, into drain pan at a point as far from the drain hole as possible. Be sure that the single tablet at one end of the package is farthest from the drain hole. In extremely dirty pans it would be helpful to clean the pan before placing the package. The dirt might block the opening in the bottom of the package and inhibit metering of the ACTABS™. Actabs™ use one package for each 2 square feet of the drain pan area. Actabs™ EE use one package for each 1.75 square feet of drain pan area. Actabs™ XX use one package for every 7 square feet of drain pan area. The pouch should not be submerged.
Actabs™ JR. for up to 10 gallons of water, start treatment by dropping 12 tablets into humidifier reservoir or drain pan of air conditioner. Apply 12 additional tablets every 3 months or whenever odors occur.

PRECAUTIONS: Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Wear adequate protective gear and clothing. Wash after handling. FIRST AID: For any overexposure, get immediate medical attention after first aid is given. Eyes - Flush 15 minutes with clean water. Skin - Wash with soap and water. Ingestion - Only if conscious, give large amounts of water. Seek immediate medical attention. STORAGE AND HANDLING: Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Keep container upright and tightly closed. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120 degree F. Do not reuse empty container. Wrap container and put in trash collection. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF RECTORSEAL®. The sole remedy for breach of the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and RectorSeal® shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
